We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team and deliver an exceptional beauty and personal care experience to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the beauty industry, excellent communication and client-handling skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products and services.

The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, providing personalized recommendations, explaining product benefits, and supporting sales while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role requires a combination of beauty knowledge, interpersonal skills, product understanding, and a strong customer-first approach.

• Interact with customers to understand their beauty, skincare, makeup, and personal-care requirements.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on individual preferences, needs, skin types, occasions, and budgets.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of beauty industry trends, products, services, and customer preferences.
• Explain product features, benefits, usage instructions, ingredients, and suitable applications clearly to customers.
• Assist customers throughout their buying journey and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and personalized service.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, feedback, and product-related questions in a courteous and timely manner.
• Support sales targets by identifying customer requirements and recommending relevant products or services.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional, and engaging environment for customers.
• Stay updated on emerging beauty trends, new products, techniques, and industry developments.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and consistent service delivery.
• Maintain product displays, ensure availability of key products, and support promotional or seasonal campaigns.
• Follow organizational guidelines related to customer service, grooming, product handling, and store operations.
• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

• Knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, fragrances, haircare, or other beauty categories.
• Experience handling premium or high-value clients.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations or beauty consultations.
• Awareness of current beauty and makeup trends.

The ideal candidate will have 2–8 years of relevant experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, salon, luxury retail, or related industry. Candidates who enjoy interacting with people, understand beauty products, and can provide personalized recommendations while maintaining a high standard of customer service will be preferred.
