AVP - Project Management

As an AVP – Project Management you will lead our project management and onboarding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both account management and onboarding, ensuring seamless client experiences from start to finish. You will be driving profitable growth, strengthening customer relationships, establishing operational excellence, and positioning the organization as a thought leader in project and account management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and customers to ensure consistent value delivery, scalability, and long-term retention

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for clients, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product and tech leads, to design and execute effective solutions.
• Drive account growth by leveraging account management skills to understand client needs, drive renewals, and foster long-term relationships.
• Utilize project management expertise to coordinate and lead teams, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in onboarding management and account management.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading successful implementations.
• In-depth industry knowledge and a solid understanding of the product and its applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of liaising with multiple stakeholders.
• Executive presence, thought leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership.
• CRM proficiency, agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and account health tracking.
• Problem-solving, team management, Microsoft Office expertise, and P&L accountability.
