Position: Associate Program Manager - Academic Operations

Location: Gurugram

️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience Required: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery across academic functions—scheduling, logistics, LMS
  
  

• Collaborate with CXOs and academic heads to align operations with institutional goals
  
  

• Own stakeholder management across students, faculty, and internal teams to ensure a
  
  

• Analyze academic performance, attendance, and feedback to inform strategy and
  
  

• Drive operational efficiency by refining workflows, automating processes, and ensuring
  
  

• Manage high-priority escalations, on-ground issue resolution, and strategic reporting for
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Education, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including CXOs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in LMS platforms, Excel, and performance dashboards.
