Job Title : Associate Manager (Supply Planning)

Reporting to Leader Supply Planning, India.

Role Objective

We seek an experienced professional to manage supply planning for Lixil planning team

based out of Gurugram (HO), India. This position reports to the leader - supply planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Planning & Optimization: Manage supply plans based on forecast and orders
  
  

on hand.

• Material Availability: Carrying out material availability checks and acting as a liaison between manufacturing, logistics, and central supply chain planning.
• Inventory & Production Management: Optimizing inventory levels to reduce costs while ensuring high service levels to support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Manage supply planning KPIs – On time in Full (OTIF), Material availability, Reduce backlog orders, Improve inventory quality ratio.
• ERP & Microsoft excel – Must have good understanding of SAP ERP, Microsoft excel/ Google sheets, Tableau, Looker studio (desirable)
• Release production plans to local plant and manage distribution between warehouse and hub distribution center.
  
  

Job Specification

BE is must, MBA from reputed college (preferred)

Work Ex- 7 to 11 years

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, extremely good in excel and SAP is a must.

Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of end to end business.

Good presentation skills, must be comfortable using large data set.

Key relationships & Communication

Stakeholder management – Commercial team, marketing & product, supplier local & overseas, Service & technical teams.
