Position: Associate Manager-Acquisition (Current Account)

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager-Acquisition to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new current accounts and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new current accounts through various acquisition strategies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding process for new clients
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in sales and acquisition, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
