  • Founded by industry professionals bringing in combined 100+ years of international experience in A) Renewables, B) Industrial Front End Engineering and Design (FEED), C) Industrial Gases operations and safety, and D) Project finance/Private Equity


Position Overview:

You have a minimum of 3 years of transactional experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, and projects. You have experience in drafting, negotiation and advisory work. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand their business requirements, draft various agreements, negotiate effectively and manage end-to-end contracts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, vendor contracts, confidentiality agreements, licensing agreements, product purchase/ supply agreements, SHAs, SSAs, SPAs, stake sales, joint venture agreements, purchase orders, PPA, O&M, EPC, infrastructure contracts etc.
  • Ensure contracts align with legal and regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential legal issues.
  • Participate in contract negotiations with external parties, demonstrating strong negotiation skills to achieve favourable terms and outcomes.
  • Facilitate contract execution and manage contract administration throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the organisation.
  • Carry out tasks with a high degree of independence and requiring minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate the ability to think and decide quickly, and to communicate legal issues and solutions clearly and concisely.


Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in India
  • Experience in Infrastructure contracts and renewables is a must.
  • Expertise in drafting, negotiating and managing contracts.
  • Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts.
  • Strong understanding of legal principles, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently
