Job Role

Must have good knowledge for HRO Domain

Manage Data Entry for various transactions on different ERP’s (UKG, SAP, WorkDay, Kronos )

Maintain the required SLAs in terms of TAT and Accuracy

Handle Basic EE queries

Basic hygiene of following the Goals and achieving the same

Knowledge of HR processes and practices

Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.

Demonstrate Customer Orientation.

Ability to answer inquiries on own initiative by effective use of relevant written data and information

Behavioral Traits

High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet business goals

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (BSC, BCom, BA, etc.) or equivalent degree.
At least 1-2 years in Hire to Retire (HR Operations domain)

Must have skills

HRO Knowledge
Worked on ERP Tools

Good to have skills

Understanding of basic formulas in excel such Vlookup, Sorting etc
