Associate- FSM

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
• Drive proactive outreach (calls/emails) on existing and potential accounts to meet or exceed sales and retention targets.
• Manage requirement gathering, quotation, pricing, order tracking, and fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Senior Sales Team, Technical, Billing, and Service Delivery teams to ensure timely, error-free execution.
• Track progress against timelines/milestones and provide regular status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage opportunities, and Excel/Power BI to generate sales, billing, and revenue reports.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and proactively resolve customer issues.
  
  

• Strong written and verbal communication in English, with confident stakeholder management.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel; exposure to Salesforce, Power BI, or SAP is a plus.
• Strong logical, analytical, and numerical reasoning; comfortable multitasking under deadlines.
• Quick learner with a customer-first attitude, high attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
• Prior telecom/IT industry experience preferred; basic understanding of telecom products and networks a plus (CCNA a bonus).
• Comfortable working toward sales/retention targets, handling objections, and spotting cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
  
  

• Graduate/Postgraduate from any discipline — technical or business background preferred, but not mandatory.
