Why This Role Matters

As an Associate – Business Operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations across our merchant network. You'll work closely with logistics partners and internal teams to monitor daily operations, resolve exceptions, track performance metrics, and improve execution through data-driven insights. Your work will directly contribute to faster deliveries, reduced operational issues, and an exceptional merchant experience.

What You'll Own

• Support end-to-end logistics operations across first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile processes to ensure seamless order movement.
• Coordinate with courier partners to monitor daily operations, improve SLA adherence, and drive operational efficiency.
• Track key logistics metrics such as pickup adherence, delivery success rate, RTO, and turnaround times.
• Manage shipment exceptions, delivery delays, damages, and operational escalations with timely resolution.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Merchant Success, Customer Support, and Operations teams to resolve process bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance scalability, operational excellence, and merchant satisfaction.
  
  

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or eCommerce Operations.
• Good understanding of logistics operations, courier partner management, and supply chain workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Comfortable working with operational data, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
