• The role involves designing world-class supply chain solutions for warehousing and plant operations, applying high-end technology, and collaborating on sales pitches to SCM Heads/CEOs/MDs across the defined customer segment.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
• This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.
  
  

• Drive process improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen methodologies.
• Identify performance gaps, root causes, and lead corrective/improvement roadmaps with functional leaders.
• Map, benchmark, and optimize supply chain processes; build SOPs and supporting tools.
• Track key metrics, manage improvement projects end-to-end, and report progress.
• Act as internal consultant, driving change adoption across teams.
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Access); communicate process changes across all levels.
  
  

• BE/B.Tech or Graduate with SCM certification.
• 3–5 years' experience in warehousing & supply chain management.
