Position Description

You will own and drive a well-prioritized product and feature roadmap that balances key performance metrics, customer delight, and customer requests.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze business reports, as well as the impact of products on key business metrics.
• Generate innovative ideas to grow market share through technological interventions, improve the customer experience, and drive growth.
• Analyze market and competitive conditions to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
• Own and drive a well-prioritized product and feature roadmap that balances key performance metrics, customer delight, and customer requests. (Note: This point repeats the Position Description, but I have corrected it here as well.)
• Actively listen to and frequently connect with both current and potential customers to directly understand their needs.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to phase-out.
• Build partnerships with internal and external senior stakeholders.
• Plan project timelines and allocate the necessary resources.
  
  

Required Skills:

• An engineering degree. A postgraduate degree in an engineering or business domain is highly desirable.
• At least 2 years of product management experience.
• A strong understanding of database structures and MMP platforms (such as AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.) is a key requirement.
• Proficiency with data and analytics tools, such as Tableau or equivalent.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of SQL and query creation.
• An understanding of online advertising is highly desirable.
