Why This Role Matters

As a Assistant Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be the performance owner for a set of SMB and D2C brands within a pod. You’ll translate client objectives into campaigns, actively manage Meta Ads spends, and deliver on performance metrics. This is a hands-on role with high visibility, offering clear growth into leadership as you scale both budgets and outcomes.

What You’ll Own

• Run end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns: setup, optimization, reporting, and scaling
• Manage monthly spends across multiple brands with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and revenue impact
• Partner with clients to understand goals and translate them into actionable performance strategies
• Analyze data, optimize creatives and targeting, and scale what works
• Work closely with associates to ensure campaign hygiene and execution quality
• Share insights and performance updates with both clients and Marketing Leads
  
  

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a digital agency
• Active hands-on expertise with Meta Ads (currently managing live spends)
• Exposure to eCommerce and D2C funnels preferred
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in dashboards, reporting, and funnel metrics
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Growth mindset, with aspirations to take on larger budgets and team leadership
