Job Description

Purpose & Scope

The role will support the Legal team on legal matters arising from renewable/thermal power and infrastructure businesses, with a particular focus on land due diligence, land-related legal matters, litigation and regulatory support.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in land legal due diligence for projects.
Support legal matters and litigation relating to land, including civil and criminal matters.
Assist with litigation and regulatory/commercial legal matters relating to power-generation businesses. [
Draft and review legal notices and associated documentation.
Conduct legal research on various issues relevant to projects and business operations. [
Maintain legal MIS and reporting for relevant departments.
Ensure adherence to company policies in day-to-day legal activities.
Work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.

Qualification & Experience

LL.B.
3–5 years PQE
Experience handling legal issues in the power sector
