Assistant Manager Digital Producer

Based in Gurugram, this is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced digital producer to join our global Digital team. You will lead digital production initiatives and manage one team member whilst collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will manage the end to end production, publishing, and maintenance of content on macquarie.com, working closely with global stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate updates. Your role will involve using Google Analytics to monitor performance, applying SEO, UX, and accessibility best practices, while continuously improving user journeys across the site. You will balance multiple requests in a fast paced environment while ensuring high quality and consistency across all digital outputs.

What You Offer

• Proven expertise in AEM authoring and publishing (minimum 2 years’ experience).
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
• Solid understanding of web best practices, including UX, accessibility, SEO, and financial services context.
