We are looking for Campaign Delivery professional who has hands-on experience in delivering online performance campaigns on a Cost Per Sales (CPS) model and has knowledge of other models as well.
The candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling campaigns through supply partners, affiliates, and publisher networks while ensuring quality traffic and target achievement.
This role requires strong coordination skills, understanding of performance metrics, and experience in affiliate/performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute CPS campaigns across supply partners/affiliates
Coordinate with publisher networks and traffic sources for campaign scaling
Ensure delivery as per agreed KPIs (Sales, ROAS, CPA, Volume targets)
Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
Maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and publishers
Ensure traffic quality, fraud checks, and compliance adherence
Share daily/weekly performance reports with internal stakeholders
Identify new supply sources for scaling campaigns
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing / affiliate marketing
Hands-on experience working on CPS / CPA / CPL campaigns
Strong knowledge of tracking tools and reporting dashboards
Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize accordingly
Good negotiation and communication skills
Familiarity with impression trackers, postbacks, and attribution models is a plus
Timely reporting & partner coordination
Preferred Background:
Experience working with affiliate networks or performance agencies
Knowledge of Amazon / Flipkart / D2C performance campaigns
Understanding of ROAS-based campaign execution
