What You’ll Be Doing:

Make the Numbers Tell a Story

• Translate financial results into meaningful insights, actionable recommendations, and forward-looking business perspectives.
• Lead the preparation of management reports, dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Identify performance gaps, key business drivers, risks, and opportunities to keep the business on track.

Drive Profitability & Commercial Performance

• Analyze revenue streams, margins, costs, pricing, promotions, and profitability across products, categories, channels, and campaigns.
• Build robust financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Challenge assumptions, evaluate new business initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve margins, optimize costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Support strategic projects, working capital analysis, and continuous performance improvement.

Be a Business Partner, Not Just a Finance Partner

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to connect financial insights with commercial realities.
• Present findings, risks, and recommendations that help management make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions.
• Bring a forward-looking mindset to business discussions and help translate strategy into measurable results.

Raise the Bar on Finance Excellence

• Guide and support Business Finance Analysts, sharing technical expertise and encouraging analytical thinking.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of financial analysis and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate reports, improve analytical tools, streamline processes, and build stronger team capabilities.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Strong expertise in profitability analysis, financial modelling, business partnering, and commercial decision support.
• A professional qualification such as CMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
• Think commercially and challenges conventional assumptions.
• Connects the dots between financial performance and business strategy.
• Turns data into clear, practical recommendations.
• Communicates confidently and builds strong stakeholder relationships.
• Balances attention to detail with a big-picture perspective.
