What You'll Do

• Plan project timelines by thoroughly understanding game concepts and art requirements.
• Coordinate and manage multiple art projects, ensuring all deadlines and achievements are strictly met.
• Prioritize resources effectively and manage team workloads.
• Collaborate with global partners to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between the art department and other teams.
• Review all artistic work to ensure it meets quality standards and game requirements.
• Coordinate the implementation of art and animation assets in the game.
• Edit and refine artwork as necessary to achieve the best results.
• Mentor and provide career development opportunities for junior and mid-level artists.
• Stay updated with current trends, tools, and technologies related to game development.
• Implement new ideas and techniques to improve creative output.
• Be hands-on when needed to successfully implement projects.

What We're Looking For

• Highly motivated and self-organized individual with a zeal for managing a passionate team.
• Advanced understanding of artistic skills including color, form, perspective, layout, and sketching.
• Proficiency in delivering outcomes within the digital environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Adaptive behavior and flexibility in task management.
• Demonstrates integrity and organizational behavior.
• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Build, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in an art-related role, preferably in casino gaming, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of art styles and skills.
• Expertise in industry-standard creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk 3ds Max, Esoteric Spine, and Maya.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
