About The Role

In Retail Sales you will drive initiatives towards Channel Management, Customer acquisition, Customer Lead Generation and Network Expansion in the assigned markets. Achieve sales targets, foster client relationships, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective customer-centric operations.

What You’ll Do

• Channel Management, Customer acquisition in the assigned territories.
• Generate business from existing network and work on the expansion of the network to increase reach to achieve business goals
• Build relationships with Architects / Interior Designers / Plumbing Contractors and Customers to drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals.
• Manage customer-centric operations & ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery/ service quality norms.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Preferable similar industry (Building material industry)
• Having 5-8 Yrs proven experience in retail business in the North Kerala market.
• Good Connect with Architects, Interior Designers and Plumbers
• Willing to travel frequently
• Base Location – Calicut, Kerala
