Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Engineer to join our NOC / Service Desk team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong client handling skills, a solid foundation in remote desktop troubleshooting, and a basic understanding of ITIL practices. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client queries and provide timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues via remote desktop support.
  • Provide support for Windows and mobile devices.
  • Maintain documentation and follow ITIL-based processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to ITIL frameworks.
