The position demands continuous vigilance and proactive engagement to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through effective problem resolution and collaboration with different teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system observability and incident response processes.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SRE Observability.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system health and performance.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex software and infrastructure issues.
• Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and traces to identify root causes of incidents.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks and incident management.
