Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system uptime.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent service disruptions.
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software License Management.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex software licensing issues.
• Experience with software asset tracking and compliance management processes.
• Ability to work with various software licensing models and vendor agreements.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms used for license monitoring and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
