Summary: We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with 4–5 years of experience, who is strong in reconciliation activities, SQL, and Python. As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process, coordinating with team members, and ensuring project milestones are met. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in data analysis, with the ability to interpret, reconcile, and transform data into actionable insights. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process effectively - Ensure timely delivery of project milestones - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members - Perform data reconciliation between multiple systems or data sources. - Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting. - Use Python for data processing, transformation, and analysis. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decisions. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language) - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Scala, SQL, Streamsets / Airflow/ Snowflakes and AWS Cloud - Experience in leading application development projects - Knowledge of Agile methodologies - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong experience with data reconciliation. - Good ability to develop data integration and transformation pipelines with orchestration, data quality, monitoring and alerting controls. - Solid hands-on experience in Python for data manipulation and analysis. - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. - Good communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language) as a Data Analyst - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 years full-time education is required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
