Job Description : Growth Product Manager (2-4 Years PM Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Product Manager with 2-4years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a management degree, and a keen business acumen. You will be responsible for driving product growth initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and execute growth opportunities across the product lifecycle, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze product performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and use data to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to develop and launch growth experiments and new features.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis reports for critical issues, such as checkout funnels and targeting, to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions1.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and roadmaps. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience in product management, growth, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade offs, and evaluate new ideas.
• Management degree (MBA or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, VWO), A/B testing, and datadriven product development.
