What you will be doing 

Business Analyst/ Project Manager Role for implementation of complex business and technology solutions. Acts as a subject matter expert on multiple projects, translating business requirements into system capabilities while driving process and technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Discovery
• Analyze complex business requirements and develop technology solutions.
• Lead or play a key role in implanting RPA/AI based projects and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams.
• Create and manage business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and documentation (Project Plan, BRD, Test Plan, Action Tracker, RAID Log, Management Weekly/Monthly Decks etc).
• Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and solution evaluations.
• Support testing, implementation, and post-production validation activities.
• Coach and mentor junior Business Systems Analysts.
• Drive process improvements and recommend best practices.

Experience & Skills

• Typically requires 6+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience leading at least one large project (e.g., over 6,000 project hours or spanning more than 4 months).  
• Strong skills in:

  • Process Documentation
  • Stakeholder management
  • Agile methodologies
  • Data analysis and problem solving
  • Communication and leadership
