Roles & Responsibilities

• Performing verifications as per the SOPs and preparing reports
• Review and audit employment verification cases according to the checklist
• Maintaining the TAT (turn-around-time) of completing the request
• Ensure the quality of the report is maintained
• Bring in innovative ideas to optimize operations
• Timely resolution of cases where TAT is critical
• Support quality benchmarks
