Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to join our growing Sales

Leadership Team in Gurugram. This is a key leadership position responsible for building,

scaling, and optimizing a high-performing sales function in a dynamic, high-growth

environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance sales team
• Design and execute innovative sales strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead onboarding, training, and continuous development of sales talent
• Set and maintain quality, conversion, and performance benchmarks
• Monitor KPIs, deliver data-driven insights, and ensure consistent sales outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–7+ years of proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably within fast-growing startups
• Demonstrated experience in building sales teams from the ground up
• Strong background in the travel industry (including both long and short haul)
• Deep expertise in sales training, coaching, and quality management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
