Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist responsible for managing customer relationships, handling RFQs and service delivery, and ensuring seamless air freight operations while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

How you create impact

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries, feedback, and issue resolution
  • Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation in collaboration with Sales and Operations teams
  • Build and maintain strong operational relationships through regular interactions and proactive customer support
  • Manage RFQs and quotations within defined pricing guidelines; follow through to conversion and closure
  • Support customer onboarding, ensuring all requirements are accurately captured and integrated into internal systems
  • Work closely with Operations (OCC) to ensure smooth execution of shipments and service delivery
  • Collaborate with Finance / Revenue teams on credit management and resolving commercial challenges
  • Handle customer complaints end-to-end, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Prepare and review customer performance reports and insights
  • Ensure delivery against financial targets and strategic business objectives

  • Proven experience in Air Freight / Freight Forwarding (Customer Service or Operations)
  • Strong understanding of air logistics, pricing, and forwarding processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to support revenue growth
  • Strong coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on service quality and execution
