You'll find the experts behind our AI projects — sourcing SMEs, researchers, developers, linguists, healthcare professionals and other domain specialists, and building the pipelines our hiring team runs on.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Source AI talent — SMEs, researchers, developers, linguists, healthcare professionals and other domain experts — for active AI projects.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Boolean search and internet research.
• Run first-touch outreach to prospective contributors and experts.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in trackers and sourcing sheets.
• Support the talent acquisition team with market mapping and talent-availability research.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 0–1 year in sourcing, recruitment research or talent research (freshers welcome).
• Hands-on with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.
• Strong internet research and information-gathering skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication for candidate outreach.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets; detail-oriented and organised.
