AI Engineer

We want someone who can own problems, build fast and iterate even faster.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Build AI-first products
• Design and implement agentic workflows
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines
• Rapid prototyping → testing → improving → scaling
• Work across the stack (APIs, backend systems, integrations, deployment)

Take ideas from 0 → 1 → production

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering / AI / ML
• Strong coding skills (Python preferred)
• Experience working with: 
  • LLM APIs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
  • Frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen (or similar)
  • Building real world applications (not just notebooks)
• Ability to move fast, experiment, and learn quickly
• Comfort working in a high-ownership, fast-changing environment
