Job Description – Learning Consultant (LC) / Senior Learning Consultant (SLC)

Department: Channel Sales (Inside Sales)

Location: Gurgaon

About The Role

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Learning Consultants who can drive revenue through our channel partner ecosystem. The role involves engaging with leads shared by channel partners, understanding learners' career aspirations, providing program consultation, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

As a Senior Learning Consultant, you will also mentor junior team members, manage high-value leads, and contribute towards improving partner conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

Convert qualified leads received from channel partners into enrollments.

Conduct detailed career counselling sessions over phone/video.

Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable UG/PG or certification programs.

Build strong relationships with channel partners by ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent learner experience.

Own the complete sales cycle from lead assignment to enrollment.

Consistently achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.

Maintain accurate CRM updates for every customer interaction.

Coordinate with Operations, Admissions, Finance, and Academic teams for smooth onboarding.

Resolve learner and partner queries promptly.

Ensure compliance with sales processes and quality standards
