About The Role :

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our cloud infrastructure and DevOps strategy. This role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while partnering with developers, QA, and product teams. You will drive automation, scalability, and reliability across our systems to support rapid product growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Strategy : Design, scale, and evolve highly available, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• CI/CD Leadership : Build, optimize, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines ensuring zero-downtime, automated testing, and smooth deployments.
• Infrastructure as Code : Lead the adoption of IaC practices (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, CloudFormation) to achieve consistent, repeatable, and auditable infrastructure.
• Containerization & Orchestration : Manage large-scale Kubernetes/Docker environments and optimize cluster performance, scalability, and security.
• Monitoring & Reliability : Define SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs; implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.) for proactive issue detection.
• Security & Compliance : Ensure infrastructure security, compliance with industry standards, and implementation of DevSecOps practices.
• Collaboration & Mentorship : Partner with development teams to improve software delivery lifecycle and mentor junior engineers in DevOps best practices.
• Incident Management : Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for system reliability and performance.
  
  

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Expertise in cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for large-scale deployments.
• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Proven skills with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or similar).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
• Deep understanding of networking, load balancing, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring/logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, New Relic).
• Experience with high-availability systems, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  
  

• Exposure to microservices & service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
• Knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, GCP Functions).
• Previous experience in team leadership or mentoring roles.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001).
