Dyson Business Services (DBS) organization provides process and service excellence to support Dyson’s growth ambitions with a goal of innovating and enhancing services over time to meet the changing needs of the business.
Responsibilities
Processing PO/NPO invoices in a timely and efficient manner
Support Payment Team on weekly payments
Answering internal and external queries received ensuring high quality of responses in order to increase customer satisfaction.
Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
Collaborating with other teams in continuous improvement activities and initiatives focusing on delivering efficiency, transparency and standardization
Creating and updating Work Instructions and any knowledge management files
Requirements
A proven experience of 1-3 years in similar role in other organization.
Understanding of Procure to Pay end to end process.
Good analytical skills and attention to details
Ability to process high volumes of invoices with high accuracy.
Fluent in English
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Have a ‘Can-do’ attitude, highly self-motivated and deadline driven.
Comfortable in a multi-cultural work environment and working with virtual teams.
Working in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities.
Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
Knowledge of Ariba is an asset.
Eligibility Criteria For Internal Movements
Minimum Tenure: Employees must have completed at least 18 months in their current role or with the organization.
Performance: Employees should typically have a satisfactory or above performance rating in their most recent appraisal cycle.
No Active Disciplinary Actions: Employees must not be under any active disciplinary actions or performance improvement plans.
