Accounts Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage RTO/RTV activities and ensure timely processing and closure.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices as required.
• Conduct monthly physical stock audits and reconcile inventory with system records.
• Perform stock, inventory, and logistics reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor plant operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities, including logistics, manpower overtime, and procurement costs.
• Track and control logistics and transportation expenses to improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the Operations team to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock variances.
• Prepare operational MIS reports and cost analysis to support management in decision-making.
• Cost of Ghee production.
