About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive with 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, BTL activations, events, or integrated marketing. The ideal candidate should be passionate about managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the planning and execution of BTL campaigns, events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, production partners, and third-party agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign requirements.
• Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and campaign milestones.
• Prepare client presentations, status reports, meeting notes, and post-campaign analysis reports.
• Support senior team members in campaign planning and client strategy discussions.
• Conduct market, category, and competitor research to support campaign recommendations.
• Ensure smooth execution of on-ground activities while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, BTL marketing, events, activations, or advertising agencies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of BTL campaigns, brand activations, and event execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for events and activations, if required.
