Position Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level Account Manager with 4–7 years of experience in client servicing or account management within a creative, mainline, or digital agency.

This role is central to managing daily brand communications, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and someone who thrives in fast-paced, idea-driven environments. You’ll be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery and relationship growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent communication and proactive solutions.

Campaign Oversight: Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns — from client brief to creative delivery.

Briefing & Planning: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for creative, strategy, and production teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to align deliverables with brand objectives and timelines.

Project Management: Track progress, budgets, and approvals to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

Strategic Support: Contribute to brand strategy discussions, conduct competitor analysis, and assist in proposal development.

Qualifications

About You

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

4–7 years of relevant experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising, digital, or integrated agency environment.

Skills & Experience

Strong client communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.

Thorough understanding of campaign lifecycles and agency operations.

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Skilled at developing effective briefs and coordinating across functions.

Working knowledge of digital platforms, ATL/BTL communication, and media planning.

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with leadership potential.

Adaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic environment.
