About The Role

As a Google Workspace Renewal Specialist, you will manage Google Workspace renewals for small and medium business customers in the North American market. We will count on you to drive customer retention and growth by managing renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting a seamless customer experience. Along the way, you will get to:

• Proactively engage customers ahead of renewal dates, understand usage and needs, negotiate terms, and achieve renewal targets.
• Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Google Workspace plans, Gemini, Google Cloud, Google Maps, and relevant ISV solutions.
• Assess needs for data migration, change management, and user training, and coordinate tailored professional services with internal teams and partners.
• Expand adoption by presenting new features and capabilities while building long-term customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in sales or customer success, with a proven focus on renewals and upselling; experience with SMB customers is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Google Workspace and the ability to position Gemini Enterprise licenses and related Google solutions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills, with a results-oriented approach.
• Experience supporting the North American market and willingness to work EST night-shift hours from Delhi NCR, including office attendance as required.
