Job Description

Role- Technical Lead (ABAP Specialist)

Experienece- 12-15 years

Location- Gurgoan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex SAP ABAP/S4HANA/BTP-based solutions.
• Develop and enhance RICEF objects, CDS views, AMDPs, and OData services.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables with adherence to coding, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with functional, integration, and architecture teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive adoption of clean core principles and modern extensibility (BAdIs, APIs, RAP).
• Optimize performance of HANA-based systems (code pushdown, efficient data access).
• Build and integrate APIs with SAP and external systems (via CPI/BTP or other platforms).
• Conduct code reviews, enforce ATC/SCI compliance, and ensure secure coding practices.
• Support production issues and provide L2/L3 support for critical incidents.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices and reusable frameworks.
  

• Total 12-15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA development (CDS, AMDP, RAP preferred).
• Deep expertise in OOABAP, ABAP Workbench, and RICEF objects.
• Experience in building OData services and API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, CPI, or cloud-based extensions.
• Strong understanding of HANA performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in at least 1–2 SAP implementation or S/4 transformation projects.
• Knowledge of secure ABAP practices and transport management.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
