e are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to train and upskill our in-house sales teams for Ayurveda and wellness products. The ideal candidate will have a strong BPO sales background, proven training experience, and the ability to translate product knowledge into effective sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Conduct product training / refresher training on Ayurveda products, benefits, usage, and customer objections.
  • Design and deliver sales process training (pitching, probing, objection handling, closing).
  • Certify agents on training and transition
  • Run call calibration sessions and role-plays to improve conversion rates.
  • Train teams on compliance, quality standards, and customer ethics.

Performance Improvement

  • Analyze call data and sales performance to identify training needs.
  • Ensure high training throughput with 75% target for each batch
  • Ensure ZERO Drop outs and NO attrition during training and transition phase
  • Work closely with Quality, Sales Managers, and Operations to align training with business goals.
  • Create and update training content, scripts, FAQs, and SOPs.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to low performers and high-potential agents.

Product & Market Alignment

  • Stay updated on Ayurveda products, ingredients, and wellness trends.
  • Coordinate with product and marketing teams for new launches and campaigns.
  • Ensure correct and compliant product positioning in sales conversations.

Required Experience & Skills Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in BPO (Sales / Customer Acquisition / Inside Sales).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Trainer (mandatory).
  • Experience training in-house sales teams preferred.
  • Exposure to health, wellness, Ayurveda, pharma, or nutraceutical sales is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of tele-sales / inside sales metrics.
  • Ability to simplify complex product information.
  • Confident in call listening, feedback, and coaching.
  • Good command over English & Hindi (mandatory).

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Certification in training, sales, or coaching will be an added advantage.
