Guidepoint is launching a centralized Centre for Expert Acquisition (CEA) team to build and scale expert coverage across priority sectors, particularly within Private Markets.
This team will operate differently from traditional recruiting. Instead of reacting to individual client requests, the CEA team builds proactive, programmatic pipelines — mapping markets, identifying priority companies and personas, and continuously recruiting high-value experts aligned to Guidepoint’s long-term strategy.
This is a high-execution, outbound role with significant time spent on phone-based outreach and engagement with senior industry professionals.
The role is fully in-office during US hours and is part of a new, high-visibility team being built from the ground up.

Engage and communicate with senior professionals, clearly articulating Guidepoint’s value proposition
Screen and qualify experts for relevance, depth of experience, and suitability
Build and maintain accurate profiles in Guidepoint’s CRM systems

What You Have
