Product Delivery Manager

Job Summary

As a Product Delivery Manager at one.com / group.one in India, you will drive end-to-end product delivery by combining modern discovery and delivery practices to ensure we build the right products for our global customer base. You will work closely with distributed teams across the globe, ensuring product decisions are data-driven, validated through experimentation, and delivered with high quality to create meaningful customer and business impact.

Discovery

Key Responsibilities:

Outcome-Driven Backlog & Validation- Build, refine, and prioritize the backlog aligned with OKRs, business impact, and validated opportunities using experiments, A/B testing, and qualitative customer insights relevant to global and Indian markets.

Evidence-Based Problem Framing- Collaborate with Product Managers to define clear problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics, challenging assumptions through data and contextual insights from local and global users.

Lean Solution Exploration- Apply lean discovery approaches to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business viability, leveraging India’s strong engineering ecosystem to identify efficient and scalable solutions.

Delivery

Backlog & Readiness-Translate priorities into refined user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring engineering readiness and alignment with overall product strategy.

Coordination & Execution- Coordinate development efforts across Indian and international teams, ensuring smooth transitions from discovery to delivery, and manage release readiness with QA, Technical Leads, and remote stakeholders.

Quality & Communication- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders across time zones while ensuring deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria, security standards, and product quality benchmarks

Your Profile

Technical Background

Solid understanding of software development processes, engineering best practices, cloud technologies, and modern development methodologies commonly used in India’s tech landscape.

Product Management Knowledge

Familiarity with product management principles, agile methodologies, and backlog management techniques such as Kanban, Scrum, and hybrid models often used in distributed product teams.

Communication Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across India and international locations.

Project Management Skills

Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong planning, estimation, and execution capabilities aligned with Indian and global delivery standards.

Problem-Solving Abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on technical issue resolution and ability to navigate ambiguity using data and structured thinking.

Team Collaboration

Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable working in distributed teams across different geographies and time zones.

Education And Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech. or B.E.) in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 10 – 12 years; with minimum 3 years of experience in product / project management role, ideally in SaaS or web-hosting organization
