About The Role

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst who thrives at the intersection of process execution and digital transformation.

In this role, you will balance operational excellence—managing RFx processes, handling renewals, and running our Contact Management System—with strategic innovation. You will act as a key liaison between procurement and our internal tech teams, helping to map workflows, gather requirements, and design bespoke, tech-enabled procurement solutions that challenge the status quo.

Key Responsibilities

This role directly reports to the Director Procurement and is based in our Gurgaon office.

• Process Transformation & Digital Scoping
• Process Mapping & Requirements Gathering: Deep-dive into internal workflows to map out business processes. You will translate these business needs into functional specifications for our Tech/Product teams to develop tailored internal solutions.
• Identify Patterns & Fix Root Causes: Monitor internal queries and procurement "tickets." Instead of just resolving them one-by-one, you will identify patterns and collaborate with tech partners to design permanent, systemic improvements.
• UAT & Release Management: Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system modules and workflow enhancements. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure project deliverables hit the mark.
• Internal Tool Ownership: Take full ownership of our Internal Contact Management Tool, actively identifying functional gaps and driving continuous improvement to its architecture.
• Training & Adoption: Act as a change agent for the India office and globally. You will document process flows, create SOPs, and provide hands-on training to internal stakeholders on new system features and workflow rollouts.
• Procurement Operations & Sourcing
• RFx Management: Lead initial RFx processes for new tools and services. You will gather market data, compare vendors, and present solution-oriented options to stakeholders.
• Renewals Management: Proactively manage the renewal calendar. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors well before contract expiry to negotiate better terms or prepare for a switch.
• Process Execution & Compliance: Ensure compliance with the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and Supplier Onboarding. You will collaborate with Legal and Security to clear vendor risk assessments efficiently.
• Stakeholder & Supplier Liaison: Serve as a dedicated procurement partner for the business. You will proactively communicate with suppliers to gather documentation, track SLAs, and resolve issues.
  
  

• You have an agile mindset, curious, excited to work in a fast-paced environment and have the courage to break traditions
• 1–2 years of progressive experience in Indirect Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domains.
• You comfortably navigate incident management tools, P2P platforms, and advanced MS Excel / Gsheet. You understand how systemic workflows are configured to meet business needs.
• You can enforce strict compliance with a vendor and then pivot to brainstorming workflow requirements with an internal developer five minutes later.
• You follow rules, but you constantly wonder if they could be optimized. You have a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work and a strong desire to leverage technology to solve business problems.
• Strong Verbal and Written communication skills, a self-starter who can build credibility with stakeholders not accustomed to working with procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field.
  
  

• Previous experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment
• Experience with enterprise S2P platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Zycus, GEP) is a strong plus
• Ability to work collaboratively across multi-functional, global teams and manage multiple task assignments independently.
