Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of operational strategies to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Administration.
• Experience in managing and configuring Splunk environments to support operational monitoring and alerting.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Knowledge of integrating Splunk with various data sources and applications for comprehensive monitoring.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
