We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, non-technical, leadership, and niche hiring requirements. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and onboarding support.
Understand business requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Drive hiring for technical, non-technical, leadership, and specialized roles.
Ensure closure of positions within defined SLA and quality benchmarks.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with Hiring Managers, Business Heads, and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs.
Conduct intake discussions and provide market insights, talent availability, and hiring recommendations.
Regularly update stakeholders regarding pipeline status, challenges, and hiring progress.
Talent Sourcing
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, networking, and talent communities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Explore innovative sourcing techniques to improve quality and speed of hiring.
Candidate Assessment & Coordination
Screen and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and facilitate feedback collection.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Offer Management
Lead compensation discussions and offer negotiations within approved guidelines.
Coordinate offer documentation and joining formalities.
Track offer acceptances and improve joining ratios.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
Maintain hiring data and dashboards.
Monitor hiring metrics such as:
Time to Hire
Time to Fill
Offer Acceptance Ratio
Source Effectiveness
Diversity Metrics
Present periodic hiring updates to business stakeholders.
Process Compliance
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and documentation standards.
Maintain candidate records in ATS/HRMS systems.
Support audit and compliance requirements related to hiring.
Employer Branding
Represent the organization in recruitment drives, career fairs, and networking events.
Promote the employer brand through engagement initiatives and social recruitment channels.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
8 – 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience in hiring for IT and technology roles.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate market mapping.
