Creative Director

We are looking for an innovative, strategic and hands-on Creative Director to lead our creative vision, drive impactful brand storytelling and deliver high-quality creative solutions across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design sensibilities, creative strategy, storytelling and leadership skills to develop compelling campaigns that align with client objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with client briefs, brand positioning and marketing objectives.
• Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creative campaigns across digital marketing, branding, social media, websites, video production and advertising.
• Transform business challenges and audience insights into innovative creative concepts and compelling visual stories.
• Oversee the development of creative assets, including campaign visuals, brand identities, digital advertisements, videos, presentations and other marketing collaterals.
• Ensure consistency in brand communication, visual identity and creative quality across all platforms.
• Lead, mentor and inspire creative teams, including graphic designers, art directors, copywriters, video editors and content creators.
• Collaborate with strategy, content, social media, performance marketing and account management teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative excellence.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, digital technologies, AI-powered creative tools and industry best practices.
• Monitor creative performance and collaborate with performance marketing teams to improve campaign engagement and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects, creative workflows, deadlines and resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Encourage a culture of innovation, collaboration, experimentation and continuous improvement within the creative team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in a creative agency, advertising agency, digital marketing agency or creative studio.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and developing successful brand campaigns.
• Strong understanding of branding, art direction, visual storytelling, design principles and digital advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects; familiarity with Figma and AI-powered creative tools is an advantage.
• Excellent conceptualisation, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling creative solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A strategic mindset with a passion for creativity, innovation and delivering measurable business impact.
