We are an AI-native holiday planning and booking platform built primarily for couples — honeymoons, anniversaries, and the trips people save up for years to take. We plan and book across Bali, the Maldives, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and more, with genuine price transparency, hotels rated 8+ and no tourist traps. We stay with our couples on the trip itself through our app.

We are rated 4.6 on Google. We are a team of IIT-IIM alums with previous work experience of BCG, Apple, Flipkart, Uber, Shuttl and more. In July 2026 we raised ₹61 crore (Series A) led by Bessemer Venture Partners. A meaningful share of that capital is going into brand and marketing — which is exactly why this role exists.

About the role:

If you have spent years in growth or performance marketing, you already know the uncomfortable truth of the job: once targeting is broad and the account is clean, creatives are the only lever left. Opportunity here is to own the creatives, production, and CAC ownership. Simply put, you own what gets made and why. You decide what we test, you write the hooks, you brief the studio that shoots and edits it, and you carry the number that results.

It is a deliberate step sideways into creative ownership, with your analytical training intact. If that is the move you have been looking for, this is a rare version of it.

What you 'll own :

• The experimentation system - hypotheses, one variable at a time, pre-committed decision rules and kill criteria, and a written learning ledger that survives any single campaign
• Content strategy for Instagram - pillars, formats and the mix. Reels first, then carousels, then statics
• Content design and production - you write them or leverage the content studio i.e. in-house creators and creative agency.  
• Analysis and agency coordination - fail fast, learn faster but never without data. Analysis of what works and what not and then doubling down on what works. Manage the performance marketing agency to drive the results at scale.
• Ultimate results - downfunnel optimization to reduce CAC while scaling up the leads as per sales team requirements

What we are looking for :

• 3–5 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally D2C, consumer or a high-consideration category
• Genuine analytical spine. You are comfortable in the numbers, you structure a test properly, and you know why a result you like might still be noise
• A real creative bend. You have opinions about why an ad works. You notice hooks.
• Open-minded and low-ego. You will be learning a craft here, and the best hook in the room may come from a 23-year-old creator
• A degree from a tier-1 institute, not a requirement we are super rigid about. Evidence beats pedigree in the assignment stage
