In this role, you will play an important part in managing the compliance journey of healthcare professionals and clinicians, ensuring they remain fully compliant throughout their association with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and compliance process for healthcare professionals and clinicians.
• Ensure all necessary documentation, checks, and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
• Maintain and regularly update clinicians compliance records throughout their working relationship with the organization.
• Follow up with healthcare professionals to obtain pending documents and resolve outstanding compliance requirements.
• Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and compliance process.
• Handle regular communications and follow-ups with consultants professionally and efficiently.
