Job Overview

The Camera Operator will monitor store operations through CCTV systems to ensure adherence to defined SOPs. The role involves maintaining checklists, preparing SOP audit reports, and highlighting deviations to support operational discipline across stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage for SOP compliance.
• Maintain daily and weekly operational checklists for assigned stores.
• Prepare basic SOP audit reports and document observations.
• Flag non-compliance and hygiene issues to the operations team.
• Maintain audit records, logs, and supporting evidence.
• Coordinate with store teams for follow-up on audit observations.
• Ensure confidentiality of surveillance and audit data.
  
  

• 0–2 years of work experience (freshers may apply).
• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Basic understanding of SOPs, hygiene, and store operations (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
