What would you do?

• This role is part of Project Velvet and leads the Order-to-Cash (OTC) function, driving end-to-end process ownership, transformation initiatives, and delivery excellence across Deductions, Collections, Cash Application, Credit Management and AR analytics.
• The team works closely with client and internal stakeholders to ensure stable OTC operations aligned to SLA or KPI targets, drive automation and analytics-led process optimization, and establish governance, forecasting, and reporting frameworks.
• In this role, you will be expected to enable data-driven decision-making for finance operations, lead transformation across OTC sub-towers, manage large delivery teams, and act as the primary liaison for the OTC tower with client and internal stakeholders. What are we looking for?

• Own end-to-end delivery of the OTC tower including Deductions, Collections, Cash Application, Credit Management and AR processes
• Ensure SLA or KPI adherence and operational stability across all OTC sub-processes
• Drive process transformation and continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and process optimization initiatives
• Identify and deploy GenAI, Agentic AI, RPA, and AI or ML use cases relevant to OTC operations
• Own dashboards, forecasting models, and performance tracking for the OTC function
• Establish governance, reporting frameworks, and review cadences with client and internal leadership
• Act as the primary liaison for the OTC tower; manage client and internal stakeholder relationships
• Lead and manage CL8 or CL9 or CL10 teams; drive workforce planning, capability building, and performance management
• Reduce AR ageing and improve productivity, automation impact, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and internal control frameworks across the OTC tower
• Drive root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving for recurring delivery and process issues
• Partner with transformation, technology, and analytics teams to deploy digital solutions and ensure adoption
• Track and report value realization (efficiency, cost, quality, and cash-flow improvements)
• Contribute to solutioning, transitions, and strategic initiatives across the engagement
• Mentor and develop talent within the OTC tower and support succession planning
