Job Summary
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help scale and improve our platforms while supporting our transition toward a more product driven business model. This role is ideal for someone who has strong execution skills, growing product judgment, and the ambition to become a full stack Product Manager over time. You will work closely with senior product leaders, engineering, sales, and delivery teams to ship impactful features, improve customer experience, and gradually take ownership of larger product areas. This is a hands-on role focused on learning, building, and owning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Execution & Delivery
Own feature level and module level delivery from discovery to release
Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements
Maintain and prioritize backlog with guidance from senior PMs
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure timely and high quality releases
Customer & Market Undersatnding
Participate in customer interviews, demos, and feedback sessions
Analyze support tickets, usage data, and user behavior
Identify recurring problems and improvement opportunities
Support usability testing and validation efforts
Platform & Product Improvement
Improve existing workflows, UI, and core platform capabilities
Help standardize repeatable use cases into scalable features
Reduce manual work through automation and better product design
Support modernization of legacy modules
Growth & Adoption Support
Assist in improving onboarding, activation, and engagement flows
Track core metrics like adoption, feature usage, and retention
Support experiments to improve conversion and engagement
Work with marketing and sales on product enablement
Product Discovery & Validation
Help frame problems and validate assumptions
Create PRDs, wireframes, and user stories
Conduct basic competitor and market research
Use data and feedback to support prioritization
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, QA, support, and operations teams
Coordinate with sales and delivery for smooth feature rollout
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly
Learn to manage expectations and trade offs
Required Qualifications
4+ years experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles
Experience working on SaaS or digital platforms
Exposure to agile development practices
Ability to write clear requirements and user stories
Comfort working with data, dashboards, and basic analytics
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership
Preffered Qualifications
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise products
Prior exposure to service driven or consulting led environments
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, GA, or similar
Experience working with designers and engineers closely
Interest in PLG and SaaS business models.
