Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director with a proven track record in delivering impactful designs across various mediums. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design process from conception to final delivery, ensuring that our designs effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience. You will collaborate closely with clients, managers, and the creative team to interpret design briefs, generate fresh ideas, and produce visually compelling designs that meet our clients’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with managers to understand design briefs, record requirements, and effectively communicate clients’ needs.
• Overseeing all design elements, from initial concept development to final delivery, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the process.
• Reviewing final layouts, providing constructive feedback, and suggesting improvements to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients and account managers, gaining full approval and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring that only the best work is released to clients.
• Ensuring that designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image.
• Assisting in hiring and managing the creative team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Taking care of proper workflow of graphics and ensuring smooth coordination within the team.

• Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, collaborating with clients and managers to incorporate feedback and revisions.
• Generate innovative ideas for company branding and promotional campaigns, brainstorming and mocking up different design concepts.
• Utilize graphic design software and work across a range of media to create visually compelling designs.
• Lead and oversee the work of the design team, ensuring the production of web and digital marketing collateral meets the highest standards.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with offline and online marketing teams to align design activities with strategic objectives.
• Deliver real-time designs optimized for social media platforms, engaging our audience with dynamic visual content.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and project deadlines, ensuring consistency and timely delivery of all design projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of proven experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Highly creative with a strong understanding of recent social media trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in image editing software such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
